Support and Maintenance Agreement (SUMA) Minimize

We support your localization and translation work by providing Support and Maintenance Agreement (SUMA). With SUMA all version upgrades and updates are free for you. We will also provide you special support that will save your time in problem solving and provide you with access to our R&D personnel. Technical consulting is available for a discounted price. Some consulting options are available only to our SUMA clients.

 

SUMA contract assists you in getting the most out of your Multilizer licenses. We will provide you with for example remote support and access to 2nd level support. Some of our consulting packages are offered only to SUMA clients. SUMA clients have also discounted consulting prices. We have thorough knowledge in localization and SUMA is the best way to benefit from it.
